COMPASS - Complexity, Markets, Policy and AI in Social Systems

COMPASS brings together complexity science, AI, economics, law, philosophy, and statistics to investigate how emerging technologies are reshaping social and market structures. The workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss topics of interdisciplinary relevance. Speakers include many young researchers, such as PhD students in AI for Society and postdocs, as well as distinguished keynote speakers. The initiative will foster connections between a community of researchers from a wide range of disciplines and various research centres, including the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, the University of Pisa, the National Research Council (CNR), Pennsylvania State University, University College London, Université Paris-Saclay, the Enrico Fermi Research Centre (CREF), and more.
